By car
Parking on the Endcliffe Village site is very restricted; there
is some on-site parking which may be used if you pre-arrange
a permit. There is on-road parking in the surrounding streets.
From the north, south and east (M1, M18)
Approach Sheffield on the M1 and leave the motorway at
Junction 33, following the City Centre signs along the dual
carriageway A630/A57/A61 Parkway. Shortly after entering
the 40mph zone, turn right onto the Ring Road at junction 1
- Cutler's Gate, following signs for "University of Sheffield"
and "Barnsley A61".
Continue along the Ring Road, following signs for "University
of Sheffield", "Barnsley A61" and later "Glossop A57", through
junctions 10, 9, 8 and 7. At junction 7 - Shalesmoor - turn left
and continue uphill along the Ring Road, still following signs
for "University of Sheffield" and "Glossop A57". Continue along
Netherthorpe Road to the next roundabout - junction 6 -
University Square. Take the third exit (Brook Hill), continue
past the University and turn left at the Children’s Hospital.
At the bottom of the hill turn right, and then bear left at the
next major junction into Clarkehouse Road. Continue straight
on past the Botanical Gardens and as the road curves to the
left turn right into Endcliffe Vale Road. Halifax is about 200
metres on the right.
From the west (A57 Snake Pass)
Follow the ‘City Centre’ signs. About 300 metres after the BP
filling station, turn right into Shore Lane. At the bottom turn
right and then first left into Endcliffe Vale Road. Halifax is
