Registration

Registration includes conference lunches, day refreshments, one conference dinner ticket and one copy of the proceedings.

EARLY BIRD RATE is applicable until 26th May 2008.

All non-student conference participants must be members of Eurographics. Non-EG members can register for membership through the conference booking for the EG membership fee shown below.

Conference accommodation

TP.CG.08 has reserved a number of rooms at the Ibis Hotel Manchester Charles Street.

All rooms are ensuite with breakfast included in the price.

Arrival dates at the hotel are 8/9th June and the check out date is the 11th of June.

You can book this accommodation along with the conference registration. Add the following hotel costs to the amount due on the registration form:

Please add the price for conference registration and, if applicable, EG membership, extra conference dinner tickets and hotel accommodation cost to find the amount due.

To register for the conference you then need to return the following form to the address shown below.

• MS Word registration form
• PDF registration form

There are three methods of payment for registration:

• Payment by cheque: this is the recommended payment method. The cheque must accompany the registration form, be made in sterling, drawn on a UK bank account, payable to "University of Manchester", net of bank charges, NO foreign cheques. Please print "For TPCG08" and the name(s) of the delegates this payment is for on the back of the cheque. Return the cheque along with the registration form via mail to the address shown below.
• Payment by debit or credit card (Switch, Solo, JBC, Delta, MasterCard, Visa): fill in the registration form with the details of the debit/credit card and either return it by mail it or fax it to the number shown below.
• Payment by purchase order: fill in the registration form with the details of the purchase order (be sure to supply an invoicing address) and either return it by mail or fax it to the fax number shown below.
