Early Bird and Student Rates

To qualify for the Early Bird rate , we must receive your cheque or purchase order paperwork by first post Monday 2nd March 1998.

To qualify for the Student rate , you must send a supporting letter from your supervisor or course tutor, with your cheque or purchase order.

EG Membership

The above Standard and Early Bird rates apply to members of the Eurographics Association only. For non-members, there is a surcharge of £75 - which will give you automatically one year's full membership of the Association. (This surcharge does not apply to students.)

Accommodation and Transport

Accommodation is available on campus at a cost of £25 per night bed and breakfast.

Conference Proceedings

A copy of the proceedings is included in the conference fee. Additional copies are available at a cost of £25 each.

Speaker Discount

There is a discount of 25% off the conference rate for speakers. Each speaker (one per paper) receives a voucher which they must send with their cheque or purchase order. The voucher contributes £50 to the standard rate, £45 to the Early Bird rate and £35 to the Student Rate.
